Já is an IT company that facilitates easier communications and dealings, connecting users to individuals and companies. Já offers many different products and services, including the leading Icelandic directory available at Já.is

THE STORY

In 2020 I was hired as a business consultant for Já. Since then I've facilitated various workshops, design sprints, user testing and staff & board interviews in my ongoing work to help the company with its strategic planning and the next phase of its digital transformation.

The first product to come out of my workshops is already in active development with the first version launch date in Q4 2021.
