In 2012 I designed the Icelandic Domino’s app. It was the second Domino’s app to be released, just a few weeks after the US franchise released their app. Online sales at Domino’s were only about 3% of total sales before the app was released and in only two years time after the original release, online orders had grown to over 50% of total orders at Domino’s – The app was an instant hit.
In 2017 the Domino’s app surpassed other sales channels becoming the no. 1 sales channel for Domino’s.
